This is an opportunity to step into an established Commercial Banker role within a leading financial institution, taking ownership of a commercial portfolio with a structured handover and warm introductions to key clients from the incumbent.
Supported by a dedicated Analyst, experienced specialists, and a strong internal referral network, you'll be well positioned to build on the existing portfolio, deepen client relationships, and identify opportunities for further growth.
The Role:
As a Commercial Banking Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial clients, with a core focus on lending, client engagement, and business development. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage a high-quality commercial portfolio
- Structure and deliver complex lending solutions
- Acquire new clients through referrals and business development
- Collaborate with product and credit teams
- Maintain strong credit and risk standards
You’re a seasoned commercial or business banker with a proven ability to develop and grow strong client relationships. You excel at understanding client needs and delivering practical financial solutions that support business growth. Comfortable navigating complex deals, you combine commercial insight with a client-first mindset, consistently driving results through proactive relationship building and strategic business development.
