Role Overview
This is a rare opportunity for a Conversational AI Engineer to work on live, production GenAI solutions that sit at the very front of the customer experience.
You’ll own the design, build and operation of enterprise‑grade conversational AI solutions, working closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security and Risk teams.
What you’ll be doing
- Building and operating customer‑facing GenAI chatbots across web, portal and mobile
- Designing conversational flows, prompts and behaviours that drive real service outcomes
- Implementing Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) using trusted knowledge sources
- Integrating with enterprise systems via APIs and secure data patterns
- Designing AI‑to‑human escalation into contact centre platforms
- Applying content safety, PII redaction and guardrails
- Monitoring quality, performance and runtime behaviour in production
- Proven experience delivering customer‑facing conversational AI or chatbots
- Strong understanding of Generative AI , prompt design and orchestration
- Hands‑on experience with RAG architectures
- Experience using Microsoft Copilot Studio (for conversational AI solutions), Microsoft Dynamics CRM platforms (particularly in servicing contact-centre)
- Exposure to the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform / Azure)
- Comfortable operating in enterprise or regulated environments
- Practical, delivery‑focused mindset with strong stakeholder engagement
- Work on high‑impact GenAI products used by real customers
- Strategic, business‑critical role with strong executive visibility
