This is an exciting new opportunity to work in a highly regarded and growing investment management coompany specialising in providing bespoke lending solutions to non bank lenders and fintechs. Due to continuous growth, they have an opportunity for a Corporate Loan Administrator to join their highly successful and higher performing team in Melbourne within Melbourne CBD.
- As part of the wider operational team you will report into the Manager - Loan Management and duties will include but not be limited to;
- Support the portfolio of loan application from settlement to post-settlement requirements until repayment
- Engage with the wider operations team including credit, origination and investment to ensure settlement duties are performed within deadlines
- Adhere to compliance requirements and ensure all procedure are performed correctly
- Provide updates to third-party loan administrator on all transactions where required
- Perform full and partial discharge of mortgages
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or property related fields
- Advanced numeric and excel skills and capabalities
- 2+ years of experience' in loan processing, administration within commercial or residential loan applications within a bank or non-bank environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
