A highly regarded, fast-growing organisation operating in the digital commerce space is seeking an experienced Digital Systems Manager to take ownership of its end-to-end digital systems ecosystem.
This is a pivotal hands-on role for a technically strong professional who enjoys sitting at the intersection of technology, operations, and commercial strategy . You will lead system optimisation and integrations across e‑commerce, ERP, and CRM platforms, ensuring performance, scalability, and seamless data flow as the business continues to grow.
The Role Reporting to a senior operations leader, you will act as the central technical authority across the organisation’s digital platforms, working closely with internal teams and external development partners. This role has no direct reports but carries significant influence and accountability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and optimising Shopify and WooCommerce storefronts to deliver a high‑performing customer experience
- Managing integrations across e‑commerce platforms, ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), and HubSpot CRM
- Ensuring real-time data synchronisation for inventory, orders, and customer information
- Leading agile delivery cycles including sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, QA, and release management
- Acting as the technical translator between business stakeholders and development partners
- Overseeing HubSpot administration, automation, reporting, and data governance
- Designing and maintaining scalable integrations using APIs, middleware, and custom workflows
- Supporting internal IT operations, systems, hardware, vendors, and continuous improvement initiatives
You will bring:
- 4+ years’ experience in Technical Product Management, Delivery Lead, or a similar dev-heavy systems role
- Proven experience managing high-volume Shopify Plus and/or WooCommerce environments
- Strong hands-on expertise with HubSpot (certifications desirable) and familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, PHP (WordPress/WooCommerce), and middleware tools
- Experience working in agile teams and managing delivery through tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Excellent stakeholder communication and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
