Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Profusion team in a 360° recruitment and team management capacity. You’ll have access to a premier network of Tier 1 Financial Services clients, supported by long standing PSA relationships and a trusted brand presence across the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development across both existing and new clients.
- Source top talent using a range of strategies including headhunting, advertising, networking and referrals.
- Conduct thorough telephone and face-to-face interviews.
- Create and present accurate shortlists for client roles.
- Maintain up-to-date and compliant database records.
- Nurture and grow strong client relationships, partnering with some of Australia’s leading financial institutions.
- Build and manage a diverse, high-quality candidate pool to meet ongoing client needs.
- Match candidates to roles with precision, ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment process.
- Manage workflow efficiently and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
- Minimum 5 years’ recruitment experience (Financial Services experience highly advantageous).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
- High emotional intelligence, a positive attitude, and a self-driven mindset.
- Proven success in billing performance and client satisfaction.
- Strong business development and relationship management capabilities.
- A collaborative recruiter who thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
