With a strong reputation for excellence, they provide innovative investment opportunities across both real estate credit and equity strategies, partnering with wholesale and institutional investors to deliver long-term value.
Due to continued growth and FUM approaching $1bn, they are now seeking an accomplished Sales leader to join their leadership team. This newly created and pivotal role will drive capital raising and client engagement across private wealth, family offices, and institutional channels, while expanding the firm’s investor networks nationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute distribution strategies across wholesale and institutional markets.
- Deepen relationships with HNW, UHNW, family office, and private wealth investors.
- Partner with the executive team to align product development with investor needs.
- Build, lead and mentor a high-performing distribution team.
- Offer a 'client-first service and lead with values of integrity and professionalism.
- 10+ years of experience in funds management or financial services, ideally with exposure to real estate, private markets, or alternatives.
- Strong networks across wholesale and intermediary channels.
- Demonstrated success in raising capital and building enduring investor relationships.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic execution skills.
