Role Overview:
This role is a key contributor to initiatives that directly impacts its' member's digital experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and implement customised Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to enhance business functionality and user experience.
- Build automation workflows using Power Automate , and develop real-time reports and dashboards with Power BI .
- Deliver technical support, training, and documentation to ensure end-user success and system adoption.
- Monitor and optimise system performance; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver integrated, scalable solutions.
- Proven expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM , ideally Customer Insights and/or Sales/Marketing modules.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools: Power Automate, Power BI and Power Apps
- Skilled in system integrations using Web Services/APIs .
- Strong programming background in C#, .NET, JavaScript ,
- Experience supporting projects through Agile or hybrid methodologies .
- Prior exposure to financial services technology (highly regarded, but not essential).
- Up to $170k package
- Melb or Syd based with flexible working (2 days in office each week)
