What you’ll be doing:
- Managing cross-functional engineering teams across software development, testing, and DevOps
- Driving Agile delivery, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices
- Partnering with product and business stakeholders to shape technology roadmaps
- Supporting investment and trading platforms with a strong focus on reliability and performance
- Contributing to strategic planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Proven experience in software engineering leadership and IT delivery management
- Strong understanding of AWS and cloud-native architectures
- Experience working with Agile teams and modern SDLC practices
- Exposure to financial services, particularly investment or trading systems, is highly regarded
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to tailor communication across business and technical audiences
