You’ll lead project delivery, develop talented engineers, and implement streamlined processes that elevate the entire team.
This is a highly influential position with the opportunity to reshape how teams operate and deliver within a modern product environment.
What you’ll do
- Lead an engineering domain across multiple projects and empowered squads
- Provide guidance on solutions, delivery expectations and resourcing
- Own people leadership: performance reviews, feedback, coaching, and career progression
- Maintain high engineering standards, quality and technical excellence
- Improve engineering processes, workflows and incident management
- Foster autonomy, clarity and a high-performance team culture
- Partner with product managers and senior engineering leaders on prioritisation and planning
- Use strong technical foundations to support teams with design, architecture and delivery decisions (approx. 15 to 20%% hands‑on)
Our Tech stack is C# .NET Core / React but we don't mind if your Front-End experience is with another language framework.
We utilise TDD, BDD & Solid principles and we are all in on AWS, Microservices and Event Driven Architecture.
