Environments & Release Lead - 6-month Contract - $1000/Day+Super
We’re working with a major financial services organisation on a large-scale transformation, including the rollout of Oracle HCM, and they’re on the hunt for a hands-on Environment and Release Lead.
This role owns the full environment and release strategy — from provisioning through to deployment — with a big focus on CI/CD, automation, and observability. You’ll lead environment readiness across SIT, UAT, Performance, and more, while coordinating cross-squad releases in a complex, fast-paced environment.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in large-scale SaaS implementations
- Strong cloud (AWS, Azure, OCI) and CI/CD knowledge
- Skilled in environment lifecycle management and release governance
- Confident communicator across tech, business, and vendor teams
- Oracle HCM experience a big plus
