A leading Brisbane-based financial advice firm is seeking an experienced Lead Adviser to manage an established client portfolio while also contributing to new client growth. This is a full-time opportunity for a technically strong, client-focused adviser who is committed to delivering high-quality, holistic advice and genuine long-term outcomes.
In this role, you will spend approximately 70% of your time servicing existing clients and 30% sourcing and engaging new clients. You will provide tailored financial advice, prepare and present advice documents, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure advice is delivered in line with legislative and compliance requirements. The role suits an adviser who values professionalism, integrity, and a genuine client-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients through regular reviews, reporting, and ongoing recommendations.
- Deliver tailored financial strategies aligned to each client’s goals and circumstances.
- Support business growth through client engagement, referrals, and contribution to thought leadership content such as articles, blogs, or seminars.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships.
You are strong strategically and engage with clients in a manner that provides confidence in your advice. Your knowledge of markets and the economic environment ensure you deliver the key messages of a sound investment solution.
You are comfortable working with technology and embrace the efficiency that it brings to the advice process. You are degree qualified or have completed post-graduate study in financial planning and have successfully worked delivering strategic and investment advice to HNW clients.
