Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
- Design and implement performance tuning strategies to ensure application scalability.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks using profiling and monitoring tools.
- Optimise database queries, stored procedures, and indexing strategies for efficiency.
- Partner with development squads to embed best practices for application performance.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Proven experience with T-SQL performance tuning (queries, stored procedures, indexing).
- Strong understanding of application design patterns and scalable architectures.
- Hands-on experience developing customer-facing high TPS applications.
- Deep technical knowledge of the .NET technology stack (C#, WCF, MVC, APIs).
- Front-end skills across HTML, CSS, React/Redux, NodeJS.
- Experience with relational (Microsoft T-SQL) and non-relational databases.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
