- Head of Technology Transformation – Enterprise Platform Leadership
- General Insurance Platform | P&L Ownership | Strategic Role
- Permanent – $230k–$250k Package + Bonus
- Lead a high-performing technology division overseeing the strategic direction, operations, and delivery of a core insurance platform used across a national agency network
- Manage end-to-end technology delivery for new insurance product launches, platform enhancements, integrations, and upgrades
- Act as the key interface between executive leadership and technical teams to ensure platform capabilities align with business growth and operational needs
- Own the P&L for the division, manage vendor relationships, drive cost optimisation and ensure commercial outcomes
- Develop and execute a future-fit technology roadmap to support ongoing scalability, security, and performance
- Build and nurture a multidisciplinary team covering engineering, project delivery, analysis, and support functions
- Ensure compliance, data security, risk governance, and key person risk mitigation are embedded across the operation
- Provide ongoing reporting to leadership on performance metrics, delivery timelines, and emerging risks or opportunities
- Proven senior leadership experience in enterprise technology delivery, ideally within general insurance, SaaS, or fintech
- Strong understanding of policy administration systems or large-scale enterprise platforms
- Commercial acumen with hands-on experience owning a technology division P&L and managing technology budgets
- Deep experience delivering technology in regulated industries with strong governance and security postures
- Expertise in cloud architecture, software development methodologies, and system integration practices
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills – trusted advisor to executives and non-technical teams
- Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability
