A leading mid-tier AFR Top 100 firm is looking for a driven Accountant to join its growing Sydney team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 2–4 years’ experience who wants to move beyond pure compliance and gain real exposure to business advisory and client-facing work.

The Opportunity This role offers a genuine blend of compliance and advisory, giving you the chance to work closely with clients and contribute to their business growth.
You’ll be involved in:

• Tax compliance and reporting across a range of clients
• Business advisory work including cash flow planning, budgeting, and management reporting
• Identifying opportunities to improve client performance and outcomes
• Researching and resolving technical tax and accounting issues
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

You’ll gain exposure to a broad client base and a variety of entity structures, helping you build both your technical and commercial skillset.
About You

• 2+ years’ experience within a Chartered or public practice environment
• Strong grounding in tax and accounting compliance
• Currently undertaking or planning to commence CA studies
• Confident communicator with an interest in client-facing work
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Experience with cloud-based accounting systems
