The Opportunity
A highly respected national accounting and advisory firm is seeking an Accountant or Senior Accountant to join its growing Business Advisory team in Coffs Harbour.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with approximately 18 months to 4 years of Australian public practice experience who is looking to accelerate their career within a high-performing and supportive environment.
You'll join a well-established office with an experienced leadership team and a strong mentorship culture, providing exposure to a diverse client base including privately owned businesses, family groups, high-net-worth individuals and growing enterprises across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals.
- Prepare BAS, IAS and other compliance obligations.
- Work closely with Managers and Partners on tax planning and business advisory projects.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and assist with day-to-day queries.
- Assist clients with business performance, cash flow and growth-related matters.
- Support the delivery of high-quality accounting and taxation services.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and team collaboration.
- Continue developing technical and advisory skills through ongoing training and mentoring.
- 2 to 5 years of experience within Australian public practice accounting.
- CA or CPA commenced, completed or intending to commence.
- Strong understanding of accounting and taxation principles.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Motivated to develop professionally and take on increasing responsibility.
- Positive attitude and strong team orientation.

- Salary package ranging from approximately $81,000 to $100,000 depending on experience.
