Role OverviewAs an Investment Banking Analyst, you will support all phases of transaction execution across M&A, capital markets and corporate advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed financial models
- Conduct valuation analysis (DCF, trading comps, transaction comps)
- Prepare pitch materials, presentations and industry research
- Analyse financial statements, market data and company performance
- Assist with due diligence and coordination of transaction workstreams
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Degree in finance, commerce, economics or related field
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Commercial mindset with interest in M&A and capital markets
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
