Role Overview
As an Investment Banking Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting deal execution, financial analysis and client materials across M&A and strategic advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models
- Conduct valuation work (DCF, trading comps, precedent analysis)
- Prepare pitch materials, presentations and transaction documents
- Perform industry, market and company research
- Assist with due diligence and manage workstreams
- Collaborate with senior bankers and external stakeholders
- Degree in finance, commerce, economics or related field
- Strong analytical and financial modelling capability
- High attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine interest in investment banking, M&A and capital markets
- Exposure to high-profile transactions
- Technical and commercial development
