Role Overview
The role focuses on managing and strengthening relationships with high‑net‑worth clients by helping them understand their investment strategy and staying aligned with their long‑term goals. You will work closely with internal investment specialists, market research teams and client service professionals to deliver an exceptional client experience. This is a relationship‑centric position that involves regular discussions about markets, portfolio direction and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong rapport with assigned high‑net‑worth clients
- Hold proactive conversations about portfolio direction, investment rationale and market developments
- Conduct scheduled check‑ins to ensure client plans stay on track with long‑term objectives
- Collaborate with internal investment and support teams to deliver a cohesive client experience
- Represent the organisation’s client‑first philosophy in every interaction
- Background in financial advice, private wealth, consulting or relationship management within financial services
- Strong understanding of investment concepts and the regulatory environment (RG146 or equivalent studies beneficial)
- Ability to build trust with sophisticated investors and explain complex ideas clearly
- Proven capability managing client relationships in a structured environment
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, business or a related discipline
