Company Overview
Profusion is working with a leading financial services client who are seeking a motivated Level 2 IT Service Desk Analyst to join their high performing and close-knit team.
Role Overview
In this role you'll provide Level 2 support covering escalated support for the internal business, in an ITIL framework. You will provide excellent customer service and technical expertise.
This will include but not limited to:
- End-user support
- Ability to prioritize urgent tickets
- Voice & Video Conferencing support
- IT Asset Management (Hardware & Software)
- Liaising with business stakeholders
- Minimum 5 years in IT Desktop Support in a corporate environment
- A strong customer service focus
- ITIL experience.
- ServiceNow ticketing system experience.
- University Degree inc Windows and Networking subjects
- Windows 10/11, Windows Server OS, MS Office suite (2016 – 365),
- Microsoft 365 & Microsoft Teams
- Voice and Video Conferencing support (MS Teams & Creston Hardware)
- Citrix XenApp (Virtual Desktop) & Citrix Gateway (VPN)
- Remote Desktop support
- IT Asset Management (Hardware & Software)
- User/Account administration
- Network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls and UPS units
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) administration
- Security (Web and Email)
- Deployment – software management (SCCM & InTune)
- Microsoft SharePoint & Viva Engage
- Microsoft 365 Administration including Teams
