A well renowned, market leading, insurance client who is looking for a bright IT support Analyst with a passion for technology and eagerness to learn.
This role will suit a recent graduate or less-experienced technology support professional looking to grow.
Role Overview
This role will you deliver exemplary customer service in supporting 1st line support technical issues, with your role involving:
- Provide frontline technical support for internal staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Act as a liaison between users and the outsourced IT partner, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of more complex problems.
- Support end-user services, including device setup, account access, and onboarding of new staff.
- Deliver user training and guidance to improve digital confidence and promote effective use of IT systems.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, solutions, and IT processes to support knowledge sharing and service improvement.
- A recent Technology graduate with a desire to get into IT.
- Experience in or willing to learn a desktop support/helpdesk role, providing Level 1 technical support in a corporate or business environment.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common business applications, with the ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues would be beneficial.
- Hands-on experience with user account management, including Active Directory, password resets, and device setup for new starters.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk) and following ITIL-based processes for incident and request handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience guiding non-technical users and working collaboratively with internal teams and third-party vendors.
