What You'll Do
- Hit the ground running with high-volume lead generation, including 30+ outbound calls daily to prospects and clients to drive leads, product pledges, and event registrations.
- Support senior sales in client servicing: prepare for meetings, handle follow-ups, field queries, and update CRM for an allocated client portfolio of intermediaries like financial planners and stockbrokers.
- Execute regional campaigns, contribute to flows and revenue targets, and evolve into managing your own clients—progressing to a full BDM role within 12 months for top performers.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in the funds/ETF industry (e.g., from broker houses as a DA or platforms as a BDA), strong industry knowledge to contribute immediately, excellent phone and relationship skills, numeracy, and a results-driven mindset.
We're not seeking current BDMs—this is for ambitious juniors ready to build a reputation, generate leads, and grow with the business. Degree-qualified with top communication and analytical skills preferred.
