An established Brisbane CBD financial advice firm is looking for a Client Services Officer
to join its growing team. This role is ideal for someone experienced in financial planning administration who thrives on accuracy, efficiency, and delivering a great client experience.
The Opportunity
You’ll be at the heart of client delivery—working closely with advisers to implement advice, coordinate applications with platforms and insurers, prepare documentation for review meetings, and act as a trusted first point of contact for client queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement advice accurately and on time across superannuation, insurance, investments & SMSFs
- Liaise with platform providers, fund managers, and insurers to ensure smooth processing of client files
- Prepare and maintain client documentation, reports, and records in line with compliance standards
- Support advisers with meetings, follow-ups, and client communications
- Contribute to process improvements and a positive client experience
- 1+ years’ experience in client services or administration in financial planning
- Knowledge of financial products, platforms, and superannuation regulations
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; exposure to financial planning CRMs is highly regarded
