Role Overview
As a Lawyer in the Real Assets M&A team, you’ll support complex acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures across infrastructure, property, energy and investment sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end M&A transactions across real assets
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents
- Conduct due diligence and manage workstreams
- Advise clients on structuring, risk and commercial strategy
- Work closely with partners, senior lawyers and stakeholders
- Admitted Lawyer in Australia
- Experience in M&A, corporate or real assets transactions
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and workstreams
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability
