We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join a fast-paced, high-volume environment where delivery, clarity, and leadership are critical. You will work across multiple concurrent projects, partnering closely with business stakeholders and internal IT teams to define requirements clearly, manage priorities, and ensure successful delivery.
The Lead Business Analyst will provide strategic direction, mentoring, and governance for the BA team, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high-quality outcomes across all initiatives.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- 7+ years’ experience working as a Senior Business Analyst, with significant experience in Financial Services and business/retail lending
- Strong end-to-end knowledge of the loan lifecycle (origination to settlement and post-settlement).
- Proven experience leading BA delivery across multiple initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills at senior levels.
- Strong planning, prioritisation, and delivery management skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM / lending platforms.
- Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business, or a related field.
- Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven environments.
