As the Lead Consultant, you'll deliver deep analytical and consulting expertise in personal lines insurance analytics, leading project teams and providing expert advisory to clients in sophisticated analytical solutions.
You'll guide teams through complex analytical challenges across, pricing, customer analytics, risk modelling, data strategies and product optimisation, whilst overseeing the development of advanced technical solutions and building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
You'll translate business challenges into analytical solutions while mentoring team members to build advanced analytics expertise across the practice.
Role involves:
* Project leadership and delivery - design through implementation analytical and commercial impact across personal lines products;
* Technical excellence - provide expert guidance on advanced analytical methodologies including GLMs, machine learning, segmentation, customer analytics, and predictive modelling;
* Client advisory - lead client workshops, present technical recommendations as a conduit;
* Team development - mentor and build team capabilities, drive culture of technical excellence;
* Intellectual property - contribute to methodologies and accelerators.
Seeking a Qualified Actuary with personal lines pricing expertise or broader analytics domain given the right insurance experience.
Highly valued are expertise in insurance pricing methodologies and rate-making. Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern analytics infrastructure. Exposure to multiple personal lines product (both motor and home).
My client is a global leader in data science and AI. Role can be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne. There will be team management responsibilities at this level.
