A well-established, customer-focused financial services organisation is seeking a Loan Operations & Settlements Specialist to join their Brisbane-based team.
This role plays a key part in supporting the end-to-end lending lifecycle, ensuring seamless settlements, strong compliance outcomes, and high-quality customer service.
The Opportunity:
Working within a collaborative team, you’ll support loan settlements, post-settlement activity, and ongoing account management, partnering closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely outcomes.
The Role:
- Manage settlements, discharges, and post-settlement activity
- Prepare and review loan documentation in line with policy
- Coordinate with third parties
- Process variations, security releases and account changes
- Monitor arrears and support repayment solutions
- Maintain accurate records and support process improvements
- Experience in lending operations, settlements or post-settlement administration
- Strong understanding of loan documentation, settlement processes and compliance
- Exposure to arrears or hardship (preferred)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
