This is an exciting new opportunity to work in one of the most highly regarded and leading investment management companies specialising in property investment. Due to continuous growth, they have an opportunity for a Loan Processing Officer to join their highly successful and higher performing team in Melbourne who are on a growth trajectory.
- As part of the wider operational team you will report into the Manager - Loan Management and duties will include but not be limited to;
- Support the portfolio of loan application from settlement to post-settlement requirements until repayment
- Engage with the wider operations team including credit, origination and investment to ensure settlement duties are performed within deadlines
- Adhere to compliance requirements and ensure all procedure are performed correctly
- Provide updates to third-party loan administrator on all transactions where required
- Perform full and partial discharge of mortgages
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or property related fields
- Advanced numeric and excel skills and capabalities
- 2+ years of experience' in loan processing, administration within commercial or residential loan applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
