Role Overview
As an M&A Infrastructure Associate, you will support senior advisors in executing complex transactions within transport, energy, and social infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct financial analysis and modelling for infrastructure deals
- Prepare pitch materials and transaction documents
- Assist in due diligence and stakeholder engagement
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline
