Role Overview
As a Senior Associate, you’ll manage complex mergers & acquisitions, advise on transaction structure, and lead workstreams across deal execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end M&A matters across multiple sectors
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents
- Oversee due diligence and coordinate deal workstreams
- Advise clients on commercial, regulatory and structural considerations
- Collaborate with partners and mentor junior lawyers
- Admitted Lawyer in Australia
- Strong M&A or corporate transactions experience
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical capability
- Ability to manage complex matters autonomously
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
