Job Description
As a Manager/ Senior Manager you will take ownership of a portfolio of clients while leading and mentoring a team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing client relationships and acting as a key advisor
- Reviewing compliance work across tax and financial accounting
- Providing advisory support and identifying value-add opportunities
- Managing workflow, budgets and team productivity
- Supporting Partners with client strategy
- Contributing to team leadership, training and performance development
Successful Applicant
- 8+ years experience within public practice
- Prior leadership or workflow management experience
- Strong technical skills across tax and accounting
- Confident managing client relationships independently
- CA or CPA qualified
- Looking to step into a larger and more strategic and leadership-focused role
