Primary Objectives
- Support the delivery of marketing activities that align with business and growth goals
- Help build awareness of the firm with investors and advisers
- Ensure the brand is represented consistently and professionally across all marketing channels
Working closely with internal stakeholders, this role helps ensure all marketing materials are clear, compliant, on‑brand and investor‑ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the firm’s digital marketing activity, including the website, social media, email marketing, webinars and basic campaign reporting
- Assist with the development of marketing materials such as investor presentations, fund flyers, videos, profiles and other branded collateral
- Prepare and update client pitch books and investor presentations, ensuring accuracy, consistency and brand alignment
- Apply brand guidelines across all materials, including layout, formatting, colour usage and output for print and digital
- Coordinate the production and distribution of investor and adviser communications, newsletters and EDMs
- Assist with the planning and delivery of conferences, sponsorships and firm‑hosted events
- Work with investment, product and distribution teams to help develop content for investor communications
- Support marketing activity for new product launches, including campaigns, events and communications
- Liaise with external suppliers such as designers, printers and digital vendors as required
- Create and update templates, invitations, covers and other branded assets
- Provide general marketing support across the business as needed
- 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role
- Experience in financial services, investments or professional services is beneficial but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication skills
- Well organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Solid skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word
- Experience working with presentations, document formatting and branded materials
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop or Illustrator)
- Exposure to website updates and basic analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) is an advantage
