As Microsoft Copilot continues to transform the way people work, they are seeking a Microsoft 365 Copilot Specialist to help maximise adoption, enablement and business value across the organisation.
Role Overview
This is a unique opportunity for someone who combines strong Microsoft 365 Copilot knowledge with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Acting as the organisation's go-to person for Microsoft Copilot, you'll be staying ahead of the curve when it comes to all things Copilot - features, capabilities and future updates! You will support users, deliver training, improve adoption, develop practical Copilot Studio solutions and help shape the future of workplace productivity.
The role focuses as much on enablement, governance and business engagement as it does on technology delivery.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Being the Microsoft 365 Copilot Expert across the organisation
- Monitor adoption, engagement and usage metrics
- Stay across new Microsoft Copilot features and communicate opportunities to stakeholders
- Build and enhance custom copilots, agents and workflows using Copilot Studio
- Deliver workshops, training sessions, clinics and enablement programs
- Create prompt libraries, user guides and best practice resources
- Support business teams in identifying practical Copilot use cases
- Partner with security and technology teams to support governance and best practice
- Provide guidance on SharePoint, information management and Copilot readiness
- Own proof-of-concepts and innovation initiatives across the Microsoft ecosystem
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Exposure to Copilot Studio, Power Platform or Microsoft automation technologies
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 administration, governance and security concepts
- Exposure to SharePoint, Power Automate or Power Apps highly regarded
- Experience delivering user adoption, enablement or technology rollout programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including proven ability to communicate with executives
- Experience running workshops, training sessions or user support initiatives
- Ability to translate technology into practical business outcomes
- Experience creating user documentation, prompt libraries or knowledge resources
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging Microsoft AI and productivity technologies
