Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced residential or mobile lender to join a dynamic team focused on writing home loan applications and driving new-to-bank business. You’ll be supported by a well-established brand and operational infrastructure.
- Write residential loan applications and manage end-to-end process
- Build strong customer relationships and foster new business
- Self-source new-to-bank opportunities and drive mortgage sales
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to team targets
- Perform credit analysis and provide tailored lending advice
- Develop a strong referral network and represent the bank at roadshows
- Proven experience writing home loan applications in a bank or non-bank setting
- Demonstrated ability to self-source and exceed sales targets
- Strong referral network and business development mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid financial acumen and credit writing capabilities
