The Role
- Own your territory and build lasting client relationships through trusted referral networks
- Proactively generate new business and deliver tailored home lending solutions
- Manage the entire lending process, ensuring a seamless experience from application to settlement
- Benefit from strong leadership support while running your own book with real independence
- Experienced lender with a proven track record in home lending and business development
- Background in Premier, Business, Mobile Lending, or as a Principal Broker ready to step into a bank environment
- Confident handling deals end-to-end with a customer-first approach
- Familiarity with in-house proprietary lending is highly desirable
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and passionate about growing your book and career
