Role Overview
As a Mortgage Broker/Presenter, you will manage the full lending lifecycle — from initial client engagement through to settlement and ongoing relationship management. You will work closely with lenders, internal support teams, and referral partners to deliver tailored lending solutions for clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage end‑to‑end mortgage applications across residential and investment lending
- Provide compliant, client‑centric credit advice in line with NCCP requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and referrers
- Prepare and submit loan applications, credit proposals, and supporting documentation
- Manage pipeline activity from pre‑approval through to settlement
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ongoing client communication
Skills & Experience
- Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or higher)
- Current Australian Credit Licence or authorised representative status
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker within the Australian market
- Strong understanding of NCCP, responsible lending, and compliance obligations
- Ability to manage multiple applications and settlement timelines
- Strong communication skills and client‑focused mindset
