Network Operations Specialist (NOC) Global Enterprise Financial Services

We are a Global Financial Services organisation with a unique culture and stellar reputation and we are seeking 2x Network Operations Specialists.

Role Overview 

This is a NOC environment that will suit a Network Administrator or Network Operations Specialist with enterprise experience. 

Responsibilities as part of a global Network Operations Center (NOC) team

• Provide Tier Two NOC support.
• Administer, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot our clients networks.
• Participate in Major Incident Management activities, identifying network performance issues and trends.
• Coordinate resolution activities with IT groups across systems and platforms.
• Ability to create, review and interpret network diagrams, documentation, including policies and procedures.

What you'll bring

• Strong Networking experience within a financial organisation or a large, enterprise environment.
• Experience with Packet Analysers like: Infinistream Sniffer, APCON, etc
• Advanced knowledge of Cicso IOS, Nexus OS, Juniper, Cisco ACI, F5, WAN, DNS, DHCP, IPSEC, AWS, etc 
• Knowledge of Cisco platforms, Juniper routers, Palo Alto Firewalls, etc
  
• Extensive protocol understanding that includes BGP & OSPF
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
• Strong written, presentation & verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certificate
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certificate
