Role Overview
This is a pivotal role ensuring smooth office operations and supporting corporate services. You’ll manage administration, compliance, and project work while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and workflow delegation
- Co-manage the admin team and mentor junior staff
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Support corporate services and compliance functions
- Assist with quarterly reports and client presentations
- Contribute to projects such as event management and operational improvements
- Extensive experience in administration or office support
- Financial services experience highly desirable
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
