One of Australia’s largest profit-for-member funds is seeking a strategic and hands on optimization specialist to lead their digital platforms to drive growth and engagement.
About the Role:
As the Optimization Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for digital experimentation and personalization. You’ll develop and embed frameworks that enhance member journeys across web, app, and Member Online platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll use data-driven insights to deliver impactful digital experiences that increase conversion, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead experimentation and optimization initiatives across digital channels.
- Act as SME for Adobe Target, ensuring best practice implementation.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and marketing teams to deliver personalized experiences.
- Analyse user behavior and campaign performance to inform strategy.
- Manage Adobe Analytics dashboards and report on digital performance.
- Support content production and scheduling across platforms.
What You’ll Bring:
- 4+ years in digital optimization, experimentation, or personalization roles.
- Strong experience with Adobe Target, SEO/SEM, and digital analytics.
- Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, advertising, or related field.
- A passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and member-centric design.
