Role Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Senior Advisor / Advisor focusing on Origination to drive deal flow and expand our client base. This role is ideal for a professional with an extensive network across property developers, C-suite executives, large property owners, lawyers, accountants, and brokers. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating high-quality commercial real estate and corporate financing opportunities in addition to advising clients on the most effective debt structures to raise capital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and originate new deal opportunities through direct relationships with industry stakeholders.
- Leverage your network to engage with property developers, asset managers, and corporate clients seeking capital solutions.
- Advise clients on structuring debt solutions across traditional and non-traditional capital sources, including banks, private lenders, institutional funds, and alternative financing options.
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure, negotiate, and execute complex debt advisory mandates.
- Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and financial instruments impacting real estate finance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry professionals, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and deal origination.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (4 - 10 years) in debt advisory, capital markets, corporate banking, structured finance or commercial real estate finance.
- Established network across property developers, large asset managers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of debt financing strategies, capital structuring, and funding sources.
- Exceptional business development and relationship management skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and assess new opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
- Self-driven and entrepreneurial approach to deal origination.
