Role Overview
As Origination Manager, you’ll identify new opportunities, manage relationships, and oversee the end-to-end origination process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and originate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client and broker relationships
- Structure and negotiate deals
- Manage pipeline from prospect to settlement
- Work closely with credit and operations teams
- Provide market insights and represent the firm at industry events
- Experience in origination or business development within financial services
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
