About the Role
As a Paraplanner, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality financial advice by assisting with research, modelling, and document preparation. You’ll work closely with the senior strategist and the advice team, gaining exposure to complex structures such as SMSFs, trusts, and investment strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Assist with data collection and analysis across super, investment, and insurance
  • Using XPLAN to perform financial modelling and scenario planning
  • Prepare Statement of Advice documents and client review materials
  • Participate in internal strategy discussions and training sessions
  • Develop your technical knowledge and industry understanding in a hands-on environment
  • Support compliance checks and document accuracy
About You
This role is ideal for a developing person who is committed to a career in financial planning and eager to learn in a supportive, highly professional setting.

You’ll Bring:
  • A completed degree in Financial Planning, Commerce, Economics, or a related field
  • A genuine interest in personal financial advice and wealth management
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
  • Basic understanding of financial products (super, insurance, investments)
  • Familiarity with XPLAN is a bonus, but training will be provided
The Team & Culture
You’ll join a highly respected, long-established private wealth firm with a team that values professionalism, excellence, and integrity. With just 125 high-net-worth client relationships, every client is treated with care and attention – and the same goes for every staff member.

This is a firm where you can truly build a career, not just a job.
