You’ll join a collaborative in-house advice team supporting advisers who specialise in comprehensive financial planning, risk advice, and complex structures — including trusts, companies, and SMSFs. About the Role
- Take ownership of complex SOAs, working closely with advisers to deliver high-quality, compliant advice documentation.
- Support a group of around 30 advisers who work across more than 4,000 pieces of advice each year.
- Mentor and support more junior paraplanners, helping develop consistency and capability across the team.
- Collaborate on streamlining advice production processes as the business standardises operations across multiple entities.
- Work with market-leading technology including XPLAN , Salesforce , and Captegra .
- Strong technical paraplanning experience with proven ability to handle complex and risk-based advice .
- Confidence to question and challenge advisers to deliver the right client outcomes.
- Experience across trusts, companies, and structured advice strategies .
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset and commitment to accuracy.
- Competitive salary up to $110,000 + super + 10% bonus .
