The Role
- Manage end-to-end SOA preparation with a blend of strategy support and production.
- Collaborate closely with advisers, contributing to strategy development and mentoring junior team members.
- Work within a structured advice framework focused on quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Deliver client-centric, goals-based advice using passive model portfolios
- 3-5+ years paraplanning experience with proven ability to manage full SOA production independently.
- Proficiency in Xplan: WealthSolver, Xtools+, modelling, and document generation.
- Strong technical skills across super, pensions, investments, gearing, SMSF exposure, and entity structures.
- Deep understanding of financial planning legislation and compliance requirements.
- High competency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SharePoint and Salesforce advantageous.
- Relevant financial planning qualifications preferred, plus commitment to continuous learning.
- Permanent Brisbane role with hybrid flexibility (school hours negotiable).
- Salary up to $100,000 + super.
