Due to sustained growth, they have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, motivated, and confident individual who is passionate about the investments space to join their established Platform Oversight and Operations team.
Role Overview
This role will be responsible for supporting the Platform Oversight team as being a subject matter expertise to support the daily platform administration activities required and liaise closely with third-party vendors. As part of this function this role will play a key part in development, implementation and administration of various strategic initiatives. Additional responsibilities will include the following:
- Responsible for ensuring procedures and metrics of platform administration activities are delivered within given timeframes
- Demonstrates a strong and consistent knowledge of platform administration operations and obtains an end-to-end knowledge of the operational processes
- Liaise and work closely with third party vendors and maintain and nurture these relationships
To be successful in this role you will require a Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline or an equivalent combination of training and experience. You will also have:
- Minimum 3+ years experience within investment operations, registry or oversight functions and preferred environment (Registry, Platforms) or experience within auditing in public practice or a similar accounting firm
- Strong analytical capabilities, problem solving, and time management skills required
- Experience and working exposure across fund structures, regulatory environments and funds industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills
