Role Overview:
As Product Analyst – Disclosure, you’ll manage Product Disclosure Statements (PDSs) and related documents across investment products. Working closely with product managers, legal, and compliance teams, you’ll ensure disclosures are clear, compliant, and timely, while driving continuous improvements.
You’ll collaborate directly with a dedicated legal specialist and product owner within a centralised product team.
Ideal Candidate:
- Background in Risk & Compliance, non-practicing law, or product analysis with disclosure interest
- Experience in funds management or retail investment products preferred
- Comfortable engaging cross-functionally with CX, Marketing, Product, and Operations
- Interest in product governance and regulatory disclosure
- Growth potential into senior or related compliance roles
- Strong attention to detail and regulatory understanding (legal qualification not required)
- Support disclosure updates and content quality
- Drive process improvements
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Tertiary qualification in Law, Finance, Business, or related field
- 2+ years in funds management, superannuation, or financial services
- Exposure to product, legal, or compliance functions
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder skills
- Growth mindset focused on disclosure and governance
