Role Overview:
This newly created role has been created due to continued growth. The team is responsible for the ongoing management, optimisation and enhancement of a market-leading Credit Cards portfolio.
This opportunity would suit an ambitious, driven and detail-oriented individual who already has some Product experience or is coming from a Finance and Chartered Accountancy Audit background and is on the upwards trajectory of their career and looking to build a long-term future within Product Management and Banking.
- You will play a key role supporting the Product team across strategic initiatives, product enhancements, risk and regulatory activities, operational improvements and BAU product management. This is an outstanding opportunity to learn from experienced Product leaders whilst developing broad commercial, operational and product management capability
- Support the ongoing management and optimisation of the Credit Cards product suite
- Assist with the delivery of product enhancements, new features and strategic initiatives
- Support simplification initiatives focused on improving processes, customer outcomes and operational efficiency
- Contribute to product analysis and investigations to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
- Support risk, regulatory and remediation activities across the product portfolio
- Assist in the management of BAU product operations and incident resolution activities
- Work closely with Legal, Risk and Compliance teams to maintain robust control frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Frontline and Customer Support teams
- Analyse product performance, customer outcomes and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Operate effectively in a fast paced environment whilst balancing strategic initiatives, operational priorities and stakeholder expectations
- Passion for Product Management and building a long-term career within Banking and Financial Services
- CA Qualification (nice to have)
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Curious mindset with a desire to continuously learn, develop and improve
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and effectively manage stakeholder expectations
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a high performing team
