Role Overview:
This newly created role sit within a high performing Business Banking Deposits team responsible for market leading products across sectors including Strata, Legal, Real Estate, Insurance Brokers and Commercial Real Estate. This is a newly created role and the level will depend on experience and capability – the team want to find the right person and the markets highest calibre!
You will be joining a highly regarded leadership team within a flat structure where individuals are empowered to own the end-to-end product lifecycle. These roles would suit high calibre Product professionals with strong Business Banking and Deposits experience, ideally with prior consulting exposure and a strong commercial mindset.

- Own and drive product roadmaps, features and strategic product initiatives end-to-end
- Drive simplification initiatives focused on scalability, operational efficiency and cost reduction
- Manage product P&L responsibilities including pricing, operational cost management and commercial performance
- Contribute to product strategy across pricing, value proposition, marketing and distribution channels
- Manage BAU product responsibilities including regulatory change and operational oversight
- Operate across all facets of Product Management including roadmap ownership, commercial management and BAU operations
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Product, Technology and Business leadership teams
- Engage and present to senior stakeholders including Heads of and Executive leadership
- Operate effectively in a fast paced environment, demonstrating adaptability, commercial acumen and strong decision making capability
Skills & Experience:
- Experience within Business Banking Products – must have
- Commercial mindset with pricing and P&L management exposure – must have
- Deposits experience is favourable but not a must have
- Experience owning or contributing to end-to-end product lifecycle management
- Prior consulting background highly regarded, ideally within operational excellence or transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trusted relationships whilst still holding the line when required
- Ability to operate at pace within complex and high performing environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders and Executives
- Warm, relationship driven approach combined with resilience and commercial toughness
- Curious mindset with interest in innovation, simplification and emerging technologies including AI
