The Product Manager will serve as the pivotal link between business stakeholders, product strategy, and delivery teams to deliver user-centric, high-quality fintech products that exceed client expectations. This role is responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of market and client-facing applications, with a focus on balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, translating strategic priorities into well-defined user stories and features, prioritizing based on value and feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Implementation, Design, Development, QA, and Delivery teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery of scalable and consistent product solutions aligned with client expectations.
- Define product scope and success criteria in partnership with stakeholders, ensuring continuous alignment with evolving market trends, regulatory requirements, and client needs within the APAC region.
- Lead the creation and enhancement of modular product components for client and market applications while driving product requests and ensuring user-centered design and usability.
- Track and report on product performance metrics, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively drive improvements to optimize product delivery and client satisfaction.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in financial technology, trading platforms, or market data products.
- Solid technical or business analyst background is essential, with proven ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear product specifications.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple client-focused deliverables in fast-paced, dynamic environments using Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong understanding or willingness to quickly learn capital markets, financial instruments, and market data workflows including data ingestion, transformation, and delivery.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across global and multicultural teams.
- Analytical with excellent prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, able to thrive under pressure while maintaining a collaborative and positive team orientation.
- Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones and familiarity with regulatory frameworks impacting market data usage in the APAC region is advantageous.
