- Project Manager – New Transformation Project
- Must have strong Advice domain knowledge /experience
- Super / Wealth
- Permanent - $200k inc super + Bonus
- Management and oversight of the end-to-end initiative– delivery, schedule and milestones, budget, resource, risk management
- Setting up the project and target operating model
- Develop and maintain timeline/schedule
- Develop and maintain resource plan
- Ensure strong governance – preparing and leading project delivery and steering committee meetings to drive best practice delivery
- Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Financial forecast & budgeting
- Identify issues, risks and develop mitigation plans
- Provide input to the steering committee and regular progress/status reporting
- Demonstrated Experience Planning and Setting up a Project from scratch – Must have
- Advice / Adviser domain knowledge / expeirence – Must have
- End to End project experience, able to clearly articulate how you would come in and set up the project for success – Must have
- Strong stakeholder management – able to liaise with multiple stakeholders of all levels
