Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Credit / Property Finance Analyst to support the structuring and execution of complex transactions. You’ll take ownership of deals post-origination through to settlement, working closely with Directors, clients and lenders.
Skills & Experience
- Build and run feasibility and financial models
- Prepare lending packs and credit submissions
- Manage deals through to close
- Review and compare lender terms
- Coordinate clients and external parties
- Support team output and streamline processes
- Assist with deal flow and client opportunities
- Exposure to complex development deals
- Direct access to senior decision-makers
- Clear pathway into advisory / deal lead roles
- Lean, high-performing team

- Background in property finance, banking or advisory
- Strong modelling and Excel skills
- Understanding of development feasibilities
- Confident managing stakeholders
